Pick XI is a free football quiz and game platform built for fans who love the beautiful game. Whether you're debating the greatest World Cup XI of all time or trying to guess a player from their career moves, there's something here for you.

The site launched with Nations XI and has since grown to five games, each designed to test a different side of your football knowledge. No sign-ups. No paywalls. Just football.

Open packs from 314 real World Cup squads (1982–2022). Pick one player per pack, fill your formation, then simulate a 7-match tournament. 7,192 players with remastered ratings.

⚽ Nations XI

Build the ultimate starting XI for any national team. Pick your formation, choose your players, and see how your selection compares to the community.

🔀 Career Path

Guess the footballer from their career history. Clubs are revealed one at a time — can you get it in the fewest clues?

🌎 Transfer Origin

Name the club a player transferred from. Test your transfer market knowledge across leagues and eras.

🧢 Cap Count

Guess how many international caps a player has earned. Harder than you think.

HOW IT'S BUILT

Pick XI is a static site hosted on Netlify. The World Cup Draft game uses player data sourced from publicly available World Cup squad records spanning eleven tournaments from 1982 to 2022. All player ratings have been remastered to better reflect historical performances.

The site uses no tracking cookies beyond what is required by Google AdSense for ad serving. We don't collect personal data, store user accounts, or require sign-ups to play.
